When it comes to tactical formations, game management, and substitutions, he loses a bit of his luster. Fergie has been very good, but I can't help but think I could manage that team ("Cristiano, Carlos, Wayne... go out there and score"). As for Rafa, if there were ever a team where he could effectively use his rotation policy, this would be this one, but that's operating in the realm of fantasy. Avram Grant is clearly doing something right, but I can't tell exactly that that is.

Sven, David Moyes, Redknapp? Keano has had a hell of a time keeping Sunderland up, and if he succeeds, it'll be a good accomplishment. Hmm. Well, I actually really like what Martin O'Neill has done with Aston Villa. So I guess I'll go with him. Or Sir Alex. Or Wenger. I think between the two of you, you have covered anyone i thought might have been left off (Melberg, etc).

Who will coach this team? Sir Alex, Wenger, or someone else? Now time to read your next articleBenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07283535888133954764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7645052288536432642.post-57460288134063392242008-04-22T10:55:00.000-04:002008-04-22T10:55:00.000-04:00Theo is an excellent choice for the bench; to be h...Theo is an excellent choice for the bench; to be honest, I considered both him and Tevez. In the end, I thought Agbonlahor the more finished product (though I believe someday we'll think of him as the poor man's Walcott) and Berba better in the air and more likely to take his chances (but you already know that because you started him).

Terry definitely took a step forward in recovering from what I call "massiveheaditis" (brought about by huge amounts of money, Chelsea/England captaincy, and a direct kick to the face from Abou Diaby) but I couldn't give him the nod because I felt Carvalho was more important to their defense this year.

If only Arsenal could find a defender like Rio Ferdinand. (Yet another sentence I thought I'd never write.)Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02688242689952272690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7645052288536432642.post-57888202808625698042008-04-22T10:23:00.000-04:002008-04-22T10:23:00.000-04:00Jim and I drew up these lists independently. If I had to go back and change for the sake of agreeing with Jimbo, I'd take off Drogba and put on Essien as my utility playerJuanFucilehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00661572803470861899noreply@blogger.com
